RAIL

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 30, 2026

Rail is a ledger for home poker games: it records buy-ins, results and who owes whom among friends. Rail never handles, holds or moves money. Payments happen in apps like Venmo or Cash App, outside Rail. Rail also has a poker room where you play Texas Hold'em with friends or computer players for free play chips that have no cash value.

What we collect

How it's used

Only to run Rail: showing your results, leaderboards and who owes whom, and sending the notifications you allowed. There are no ads, no tracking across other apps or websites, and your data is never sold.

Who can see it

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while you have an account. You can delete your account at any time in the app under You → Security → Delete account. That removes your name, email, photo, payment handles, friends and practice history, poker room chips and devices. Past game results stay in your friends' history under “Deleted player” so their totals still add up.

Age

Rail is for adults (17+) and isn't directed at children.
