Common questions

Does Rail handle money? No. Rail only keeps track of buy-ins, results and who owes whom. You pay each other in Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Apple Cash or Zelle.

How do friends join my group? Open the group and tap Share invite, or give them the 6-letter code.

Someone entered the wrong result. The table's host can tap Reopen to fix results on the finished table.

Reporting or blocking someone. Open their profile and tap Report or Block at the bottom. We review reports within 24 hours.

Deleting your account. In the app: You → Security → Delete account.
